Working with Lux was such a great experience! We couldn’t be happier with our full kitchen remodel…..it is GORGEOUS. The owner, the office staff, and the crews were all amazing and so easy to work with and so respectful of us and our home. In addition, they were there for us when we had a few other home issues due to flooding and were able to also provide a new roof and fix the room that was damaged and put it back to its original condition all while working on the kitchen and completing it within the time promised. We recommend them very highly!

Working with Lux Builders was a dream! Sagi and his entire team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had many projects to tackle – three bathrooms to gut, installing AC, new flooring, new windows, electrical panel, etc. From our initial call to the end result, Lux listened to our specific needs and respected our budget along the way. They handled the scheduling, the crews, and oversaw every logistical detail for us. All the vendors they work with offered quality products and were up-to-date on the latest trends and tech options in design. The results turned out even better than we expected. Thank you Lux!

Lux completed our home addition/remodel in Redondo Beach starting with design, then obtaining a permit, and finally construction. Lux lives up to their name. We found their quality or work and service to be consistent and top notch. Lux’s communication was consistently excellent. Sagi and his front office team were always available to pick up the phone, answer an email, visit the site, etc. The construction was scheduled consistently and wisely. There were crews working on something pretty much every day during the construction cycle. Lux’s crews were always respectful, trustworthy, friendly, and hard working. Overall, we highly recommend Lux and appreciate our beautifully remodeled home!

Home remodeling is not my first choice of how to spend time, but I would chose Sagi & his team were I to do it again! We gutted & remodeled 2 bathrooms in addition to the installation of a new front door. Were I to chose 1 word to describe LUX Builders & Remodeling it would be INTEGRITY. I witnessed honesty, dependability & respectfulness on a daily basis. No question went unanswered & everything that was promised came to fruition. I so appreciated Sagi helping me at the showrooms selecting fixtures & tiles. While challenging to have tradesmen entering my home weeks on end, Diego, Victor & Julio were a joy to welcome each morning. They always arrived at the expected time, with a genuine “Hello” and demonstrated such professionalism. Mindy & Rachel in the office were a put joy to work with. They consistently kept me apprised the “next step” and were so prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I had. We did a gut remodel of our entire downstairs, the staircase and the upstairs landing with Lux. Sagi and his team were a pleasure to work with and made the process painless. Sagi is very communicative, patient and professional – he would talk through all issues with us and helped make crucial decisions. We had a designer and Sagi worked well with her (it was often the three of us collaborating and trading ideas). Sagi even joined us at showrooms to help pick certain fixtures, tiles, slabs etc. The subs (cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, wallpaper, audio etc.) were professional and did fantastic and very high quality work. Some may be more expensive than what is market but it was worth it to have peace of mind that we were getting quality work and Sagi would stand behind the work. We decided to live at the house during construction an Sagi did his best to make it tolerable and his guys kept the house neat as possible during the construction. Overall we are thrilled with the transformation of hour house and can’t wait to remodel our backyard with Lux.

It is hard to know where to begin to explain how pleased we are with the work Lux just completed for us. On time, on budget and the workmanship is just outstanding. We spent seven months living in rental while the work was done, we moved back in almost to the day that Lux projected we would and every friend, neighbor and tradesperson that comes in our house says the same thing, ‘Wow, it looks like new construction.’ Importantly, a large part of the success of this whole-house renovation is Sagi Paul’s, the owner, excellent taste and judgement. Numerous times he made suggestions on changes or tweaks to materials and finishes that give us either a better result or saved us money. My experience in business is that talented people surround themselves with talented people and that is what we experienced with Lux. From the office team to their field workers to their subcontractors, every person we dealt with was professional, polite, engaged and talented. It has just been a wonderful experience and my wife and I can’t recommend Lux highly enough. If the quality of the work is important, then Lux, we think, is the builder of choice.

LUX did an excellent job on our full house renovation and addition. Sagi and his team were very collaborative during the planning and construction of the project. They were always friendly, responsive and professional and Sagi is an expert problem-solver. The finished product is exactly what we wanted and is definitely high quality. Sagi continued to check in with us after the project was finished to make sure everything was working well – it’s easy to see that he really cares about his projects and his clients.
