Before making our decision, we knew that, ideally, we would work with someone that knew Manhattan Beach and that was invested in our home as a part of the community. Sagi and his team were the perfect partners! They provided us with incredible subs such as the team that did the framing for our house, they helped us prioritize what was most important and they helped us find compromises, when needed. Further, their internal team is top notch. The fact that there was a team who could paint our walls, install our siding, install our railings and do other similar tasks was a big plus. And last but not least, the main office was incredible – always available to answer our questions, even when we would call four or five times a day. Ultimately, the work speaks for itself and we could not be happier with our home. We are so thankful for the Lux team!

Sagi and his team are very professional, helpful, on time, and always reachable and available to assist or answer any concerns and/or questions. Their crews were experienced and competent and they worked well with us, which was much appreciated, as we did live in other parts of the house while the remodel took place. Thank you for that. The vendors LUX referred us to were very helpful in assisting us in making suggestions, as the choices can become overwhelming at times. It was super helpful to have their input, which made making the final decisions easier. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience working with this highly knowledgeable group, and we would recommend them to anyone considering a remodel or new home build. We’d happily work with them again.
